               WRIT APPEAL No.89 of 2022

JUDGMENT:    (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)


     Learned        counsel     for     the     appellant        prays   for

withdrawal of the present writ appeal with a liberty to the

appellant to approach the trial Court against the closure

report submitted under Section 173 Cr.P.C filed before the

learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Thungathurthy,

vide Inward No.786/2021 dated 02.07.2021.

     The     writ    appeal      is    accordingly         dismissed     as

withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

     The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall

stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
