JUDGMENT:        (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)



       The present writ appeal is arising out of order dated 09.07.2009

passed in W.P.No.11818 of 2009.

       The appellant at the relevant point of time was serving as

Deputy Superintendent of Police, A.P. Police Academy, and being

aggrieved by the order passed by the learned Single Judge by which

Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad, is directed to consider his shifting

to some other post was ordered, the present writ appeal has been

preferred. The order was passed in the year 2009 and thereafter, the

appellant has witnesses several other transfers and as we are in 2022,

no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ appeal.

       Accordingly, the writ appeal is disposed of.

       Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
