       Learned      counsel      for    the     appellants        prays       for

withdrawal of the writ appeal with a liberty to file a fresh

writ    petition    in   case      need       so     arises      in       future.

       The   writ    appeal       is    accordingly         dismissed         as

withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

       The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall

stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
