JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)

        The present writ appeal is arising out of the interlocutory

order dated 20.09.2007 passed in W.P.No.15293 of 2007.

        The order dated 20.09.2007 has been suspended in the

present       writ     appeal       by     an      order      dated   10.04.2008   in

W.A.M.P.No.830 of 2008 and the aforesaid order of suspension has

been continuing since 2008.                We are in the year 2022 and the writ

petition is still pending.

        Therefore, at the request of learned counsel for the parties,

the present writ appeal is disposed of with a request to the learned

Single Judge to decide the writ petition itself at an early date.

Office is directed to list W.P.No.15293 of 2007 before the learned

Single Judge having roster on 28.02.2022.

        Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
