Judgment :

      Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the

Court to withdraw the present appeal.         He has also addressed

letter dated 09.09.2021 to the Registry in this regard.

2.    Permission is granted.

3.    The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as

withdrawn.

      As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand

disposed of as infructuous.
