JUDGMENT:: ( per ARR,J)
It is stated by learned counsel for the respondents that in
pursuance of the order passed by the learned single Judge in WP
No.15441 of 2020 directing the respondents therein to consider
representations of the (writ petitioners) respondents herein, against
which this writ appeal has been preferred, have been considered and
rejected vide order dated 25-06-2021 and, as such, this writ appeal
has become infructuous. Learned Special Government Pleader
appearing for the appellants also states that the cause in the writ
appeal does not survives.
In view of the same, the writ appeal is dismissed as having
become infructuous. However, it is open for the respondents to assail
the rejection order dated 25-06-2021 if so advised. No order as to
costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
