  THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM

         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 5232 of 2017

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by petitioner/defendant

against order dated 07.07.2017 passed by the learned Principal

Junior Civil Judge, Kothagudem, dismissing I.A.No.75 of 2017

in O.S.No.115 of 2014, filed by him to call for the petition

schedule documents.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the Junior

Civil Courts, Kothagudem, the said suit itself came to be decreed

by the Court below vide judgment dated 25.10.2017.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be

heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the

Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be

heard on merits.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
