The present appeal was listed on 16.03.2021. However, none

had appeared for the appellants and the matter was directed to be

listed today for dismissal. None is present on behalf of the appellants

even today.

2. It appears that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting

the present appeal, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for

non-prosecution along with the pending applications, if any.
