The present appeal was listed on 19.04.2021, when none had

appeared for the appellant. As a result, the matter was directed to be

listed today for dismissal. Same is the position today. None is present

on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not

interested in prosecuting the present appeal.

2. The present appeal is accordingly dismissed in default and for

non-prosecution along with the pending applications, if any.
