JUDGMENT:

Heard. Perused the record.

On 07.11.2020, an Award was passed by the High Court

Legal Services Committee stating that the appellant/Insurance

Company, represented by Sri Md.Babu, State Head-Legal,

sought permission to withdraw the appeal and that therefore,

the appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. This appeal is,

accordingly, disposed of in terms of the said Award dated

07.11.2020. The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the

Award dated 07.11.2020 to this judgment. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall

stand closed.
