JUDGMENT:     (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)



      Learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the

present writ appeal with a liberty to file a fresh writ appeal, in case

need arises in future.

      Granting liberty, as sought for, the writ appeal is accordingly

dismissed as withdrawn.

      Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
