JUDGMENT:      (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)



        The present writ appeal is arising out of the order dated

20.08.2019

passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.17322 of

2007.

The controversy involved in the present writ appeal stands

concluded on account of the judgment dated 12.11.2021 delivered

in W.A.No.318 of 2021 and batch, wherein this Court has

dismissed the writ appeals preferred by the Wakf Board in identical

circumstances.

Resultantly, the writ appeal is dismissed. The judgment

dated 12.11.2021 delivered in W.A.No.318 of 2021 and batch shall

be applicable mutatis mutandis in the present case also. A copy of

the said judgment be kept in the file of the present case.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
