About the Event
CLSSBE brings an engaging and highly relevant webinar titled “Reel, Reality & Law: How Today’s Youth Are Unknowingly Breaking Rules”.
With the rise of platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat, digital content creation has become an integral part of youth culture. However, many individuals unknowingly violate laws while engaging in online activities such as creating reels, sharing memes, or posting content.
This webinar aims to bridge the gap between digital creativity and legal awareness by highlighting key legal concerns including copyright infringement, privacy violations, defamation, and the spread of misinformation. Through practical examples and discussions, participants will learn how to use social media responsibly while staying within legal boundaries.
Speaker
Shri Ashok Kumar Sharma (Retd. Judicial Officer): He is a seasoned legal professional with an LL.M. degree and vast experience as an Advocate, Assistant Public Prosecutor, Labour Court Judge, and Member Judge of the Industrial Tribunal, Raipur. He continues to promote legal awareness through his educational initiatives.
