          CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 3941 of 2017

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against order dated

03.07.2017 passed by the learned XVI Additional District and

Sessions Judge-cum-XVI Additional Metropolitan Sessions

Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Malkajgiri, in CMA.No.122 of

2016.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of JCJ cum

Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Malkajgiri, the said suit itself

came to be dismissed for default, by the Court below vide

judgment dated 18.01.2021.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be

heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the

Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be

heard on merits.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
