I.A. No. 02 of 2025 has also been filed by the petitioner for

placing certain records of the Trial Court. The same are taken on

record. The interim application is allowed and stands disposed of

accordingly.

1. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the

statement of the victim has been disbelieved by the learned Special

Judge without adequate reasons when she had in fact deposed

about incident clearly. Perused the statement of the victim and the

cross examination. This Court is of the opinion that the impugned

judgment requires to be examined in detail therefore, leave granted.

The Registry may register the appeal.
