The matter comes upon an application seeking modification

in the order dated 16.03.2026, whereby regular bail application

was dismissed along with the interim bail application (No.

1248/2026).

Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that while

passing the order dated 16.03.2026, due to mistake caused

inadvertently, the regular bail application (No. 10340/2025) of the

accused-petitioner was came to be disposed of and interim bail

application (No. 1248/2026) was disposed of.

Therefore, it is prayed that the order dated 16.03.2026 be

modified to the extent that only interim bail application of the

accused petitioner was disposed of by the Court and that the

regular bail application be reinstated to its original number.

Upon perusal of the order dated 16.03.2026, it is apparent

that inadvertently, the regular bail application of the accused

petitioner which was listed on the same day, has also been

dismissed along with the interim bail application.

Therefore, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the

same is allowed and the order dated 16.03.2026 is modified to the

extent that only the interim bail application preferred by the

accused petitioner stands dismissed and disposed of and the

regular bail application shall shall remain pending for consideration

in accordance with law.

This order shall remain part and parcel of the earlier order

dated 16.03.2026.

In above terms, the present application stands disposed of.
