1. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be
satisfied if he would be permitted to file fresh representation before the
respondent No. 2-the State Of Rajasthan, through the Labour
Commissioner, Government Of Rajasthan, Government
Secretariat, Jaipur, Rajasthan, who shall decide the said
representation by way of passing a speaking order within a particular
time frame.
2. In view of such limited prayer, the petitioner is, thus, directed to
file fresh representation before respondent No.2-the State Of
Rajasthan, through the Labour Commissioner, Government Of
Rajasthan, Government Secretariat, Jaipur, Rajasthan , within '10
days' from today. In case the said representation is filed, the same shall

be decided by way of passing a speaking order, strictly in accordance
with law within a period of 'four weeks' from the date of receipt of
