1. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the

petitioner seeks liberty to file a representation ventilating her

grievance specifically that petitioner's husband is also a

Government servant and the circular dated 18.05.2020 provides

for posting of the spouses within the same District in case both

the spouses are Government Servant.

2. Learned counsel also submits that posts of similar nature are

still lying vacant.

3. Looking to the facts and circumstances of this case, the writ

petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to submit a

detailed representation along with all necessary documents to the

respondent No.2 within a period of three weeks from today.

5. On receipt of such representation, the respondent No.2 is

directed to consider and decide the same objectively;

sympathetically and strictly in accordance with law, more

particularly in light of Circular/Guidelines issued by the

Government of Rajasthan from time to time, by passing a

speaking order within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt

of such representation.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

7. Stay application and all pending application(s) are also

disposed of.
