In the batch of the petitions, the petitioners have challenged
the Regulation 42 of the Rajasthan Para-Medical Council
(Amendment) Regulation, 2023, which relates to the eligibility of
the applicants regarding their domicile.
Counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted
that the condition regarding domicile has been withdrawn by the
State Government vide notification dated 16.02.2023.
Counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioners have not
disputed the issuance of the notification dated 16.02.2023.
In that view of the matter, the registration shall be
considered strictly in accordance with the law.
So far as, the issue of their appointment in pursuance to the
advertisement dated 14.03.2023 is concerned, admittedly, since

the petitioners were not registered with the Rajasthan Para-
Medical Council on the date of issuance of the said advertisement,
therefore, the said prayer is rejected.
Accordingly, all the writ petitions stand disposed of with the
observations/directions made above.
