1. Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the
controversy involved in the present cases is squarely covered by a
judgment of even date rendered by this Court in a bunch of writ
petitions led by D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.5318/2025
(Laxman Singh V/s Union of India & Ors.).
2. For the self same reasons, the present writ petitions are also
allowed in terms of the judgment rendered by this court in the
case of Laxman Singh (supra).
