1. A limited prayer has been made by learned counsel for the

petitioner that revision is pending before the Board of Revenue,

Ajmer. It is prayed that the Board of Revenue, Ajmer may be

directed to expedite the said revision pending before him.

2. Having regard to the peculiar facts and circumstances of the

case, the Board of Revenue, Ajmer, before whom the revision as

well as injunction application of the petitioners are pending, is

directed to expedite the proceedings of the revision and injunction

application and shall try to conclude the same within a period of

six months from the date of submission of certified copy of this

order.

3. Till the petitioner's revision and injunction application are

decided, status quo of the land in question shall be maintained by

the parties.

4. The writ petition as well as stay application are hereby

5. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of

accordingly.
