The petitioner/landlord has preferred this writ petition under

Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking direction

to the Rent Tribunal, Jodhpur Metropolitan, Jodhpur to decide the

Rent Petition No.100/2025 (N.C.V. No.103/2025) titled as "Narpat

Singh Gehlot & Anr. Vs. Suresh Kumar" expeditiously.

While taking into consideration the provisions of Section

15(5) of the Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001, which provides for

time bound and expeditious disposal of the petitions, this Court

deems it appropriate to dispose of the instant writ petition with

the expectation that the learned Rent Tribunal, Jodhpur

Metropolitan, Jodhpur shall proceed with the adjudication of

eviction petition with celerity and dispose of the same at the

also stand disposed of.
