1. Counsel for the appellants as well as the respondents
unanimously submit that a compromise has been arrived into
between the parties and hence, the present first appeal be
disposed of in terms of the said compromise.
2. Both the Counsels make a specific statement that the
compromise as filed before this Court needs no verification as the
parties have unanimously agreed to abide by the terms of the
compromise.
3. In view of the submissions made, the present first appeal is
disposed of in terms of compromise dated 05.02.2025
(Annexure-A/1).
4. Stay application and all pending applications stand disposed
of.
