The present misc. petition has been filed by the petitioners

for quashing of FIR No.0135/2025 registered at Police Station

Sardarpura, District Jodhpur City West.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report

dated 16.02.2026, which is taken on record, as per which, the

police after thorough investigation in the matter has proposed to

file a negative final report before the competent Court.

This Court has considered the matter and in view thereof, is

not inclined to interfere in the matter.

Accordingly, the present misc. petition is dismissed.

However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to raise all their

contentions before the competent Court at an appropriate stage.

All pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
