1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging

disobedience of order dated 11.11.2021 passed in S.B. CWP No.

15599/2021.

2. Vide order dated 11.11.2021, the Court directed the

respondents to decide the application of the petitioner Institute

after conducting necessary inspection.

3. Vide order dated 25.02.2022 (Annexure-3), the respondents

rejected the application of the petitioner Institute and observed

that even the inspection of the petitioner Institute is not feasible

and as a consequence, no NOC can be granted.

4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that order dated

25.02.2022 was assailed in a writ petition which stood dismissed

and Special Appeal filed against the same remains pending.

5. In view of the fact that order dated 25.02.2022 has already

been assailed and the writ petition stands dismissed, this Court is

not inclined to proceed further with the present contempt

proceedings.

6. The present contempt petition is hence, disposed of.
