The present criminal miscellaneous petition under Section

528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been

preferred on behalf of the petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No.

190/2025 registered at Police Station Arnod, District Pratapgarh.

After arguing the matter on merits for some time, learned

counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press

the present criminal miscellaneous petition. However, he seeks

liberty for the petitioner to submit an appropriate representation

along with supporting evidence before the Superintendent of

Police concerned.

Accordingly, the present criminal miscellaneous petition is

dismissed as not pressed, with the liberty as sought.

It is, however, observed that if any such representation is

submitted by the petitioner, the Superintendent of Police shall

consider the same objectively and in accordance with law.

All pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
