The present criminal misc. petition has been filed under

Section 528 of the B.N.S.S. for quashing of the F.I.R. No.

158/2025 dated 04.12.2025 registered at the Police Station

Samdari, District Balotra.

After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for

the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the instant

criminal Misc. Petition, however, seeks liberty for the petitioner to

file a representation before the competent authority

In view of the above submission, the misc. petition as well as

stay application are dismissed as not pressed.

However, the petitioner is permitted to submit a

representation alongwith the relevant documents before the
