1. Instant writ petition was filed by and on behalf of 43 writ
petitioners jointly seeking following prayers:
"(i) By an appropriate writ order or direction, the
respondents may kindly be restrained from
undertaking any process for removing the outlet of
Chak 14 KNN-A and 14 KNN-C and from installing one
outlet for both the Chaks; and
(ii) Further the action of the respondents in
undertaking the process without following the due
process of law may kindly be declared illegal and
arbitrary; and
(iii) Further the respondents may kindly be directed to
not to disturb the established system of irrigation of
both the Chaks i.e. 14 KNN-A and 14 KNN-C and they
may be restrained from disturbing the outlets installed
for both the Chaks; and

(iv) any other appropriate order or relief which this
Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts
and circumstances of this case may kindly also be
passed in favour of the humble petitioners;"
2. During course of writ petition, on behalf of petitioners an
application (I.A.No.01/2026) has been filed supported with
affidavit of petitioner No.1 praying for withdrawal of the writ
petition.
3. The application has not been opposed.
4. In view of the above, application is allowed.
5. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
6. Stay application and all other pending application(s), if any,
also stand disposed of.
