After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for

the petitioner submitted that due to the subsequent events, the

present criminal misc. second bail application has become

infructuous.

In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated

upon in the present criminal misc. second bail application.

Accordingly, the present criminal misc. second bail application

is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
