"1. Last opportunity of two weeks is granted to counsel for the petitioner to cure the defects as pointed out by the office.

2. If the same is not done within the stipulated period, let the petition be listed before the Court for dismissal on 15.04.2026."

2. The defects as pointed out by the Office have not been cured

till date.

3. However, Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to

withdraw the present contempt petition with liberty to file a fresh

writ petition.

4. In view of above submission, the present contempt petition

is dismissed as withdrawn.
