13/04/2026 These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions under Section 528 of

the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 have been

preferred on behalf of the petitioners seeking quashing of FIR

No.81/2026 registered at Police Station Bhimganj, District

Bhilwara, for offences punishable under Sections 189(2), 115(2),

126(2), 109(1) and 324(4) of the BNS.

After arguing the matter on merits for some time, learned

counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not wish to press

the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions; however, he seeks

liberty for the petitioners to submit an appropriate representation

along with supporting evidence before the concerned Investigating

Officer.

Accordingly, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are

dismissed as not pressed, with the liberty as sought.

However, if any such representation is filed by the

petitioners, it is expected that the concerned Investigating Officer

shall consider and decide the same objectively, strictly in

accordance with law.

All pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
