1. In this batch of writ petitions, grievance of all writ petitioners
is of identical nature, which is in respect of allowing them to
complete the work for supply of food grains under the Mid Day
Meal Scheme to schools until completion of Financial Year up to
31.03.2026.
2. Indisputably, the period for which work order was claimed by
petitioners has expired, hence, the relief prayed for in these writ
petitions has rendered infructuous. In that view, counsel for
petitioners do not press these writ petitions.
3. Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed as having
become infructuous.
4. All pending application(s), if any, stand(s) disposed of.
