The instant Criminal Misc. Petition has been preferred by the

petitioner under Section 528 of the BNSS for quashing of FIR

No.335/2025 registered at Police Station Padampur, District

Sriganganagar, for the offences under Sections 85 and 108 of the

BNS.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a factual report,

which is taken on record. As per the said report, after thorough

investigation in the matter, the police have filed a negative final

report before the competent Court.

This Court has considered the matter and, in view thereof, is

not inclined to interfere in the present matter.

Accordingly, the present misc. petition is dismissed.

However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise all his

contentions before the competent Court at the appropriate stage.

The stay petition as well as all pending application(s), if any,

stand disposed of.
