1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the protest

made in front of the petitioner-Hospital is in contravention of

Section 44 of the Rajasthan Police Act, 2007 as no prior

permission has been taken from the respondent-authorities. He

also submits that the said protest is impermissible in view of the

judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of

"Amit Sahni vs. Commissioner of Police & Ors."; 2020 INSC 579.

2. Counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that the

respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Bikaner may be

directed to decide the pending representation dated 03.10.2025

(Annexure-10) filed by the petitioner.

3. Considering the limited prayer made by counsel for the

petitioner, this Court directs the respondent No.3-Superintendent

of Police, Bikaner to decide the aforesaid representation dated

03.10.2025 filed by the petitioner within a period of 15 days from

the date of the receipt of a certified copy of this order by passing

speaking order strictly in accordance with law.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.

5. The stay petition and pending application(s) also stand

disposed of.
