1. Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the same

dispute is being adjudicated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in

Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. 23246/2025 (State of Madhya

Pradesh & Ors. v. Rajendra Prasad Gautam & Ors.) on

15.09.2025. They further submit that the outcome of said case

will govern the field.

2. In light of such submission, the present writ petition is

disposed of with the direction that the judgment of the Hon'ble

Supreme Court shall govern the field in this matter and its

outcome shall be binding on both parties.

3. The aforesaid order has been passed on consent given by

learned counsel for both the parties.

4. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
