AWARD O F LOK ADALAT Date: 10.05.2025 The matter is placed before the Lok Adalat today. i The MACT, Banswara by its judgment and award dated 18.10.2022 in MAC CBse No.7412018 awarded a sum of Rs.1,63,3311- Alongwith interest @ 9 % per annum.

With the consent of the parties, the impugned award dated 18.10.2022 is further enhanced by Rs.74,000/- in favour of the claimant(s)/appellant(s) as a full and final settlement of the case. The amount so agreed shall be deposited by the respondent Insurance Company with the Tribunal within a period ,of two months fi-om today failing which, the same shall carry interest @ 7.5% per annum fi-om the date of this order till actual realization. The enhanced amount of compensation be disbursed in terms of the award in the saving bank account of the claimant(s). The award I
