1. The only ground raised in the present petition is that the

impugned transfer order could not have been passed without

obtaining consent of the Panchayati Raj Department.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the

controversy already stands covered by a Co-ordinate Bench

judgment of this Court in Rajesh Sharma Vs. State of

[2025:RJ-JD:24879] (2 of 2) [CW-10246/2025]

Rajasthan & Ors.; S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3804/2024

(decided on 05.02.2025).

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to

refute the above legal position.

4. In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed.

5. Stay petition and pending applications, if any, stand

disposed of.
