Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the controversy involved in the present writ petitions is squarely covered by a judgment of even date passed by this Court in CWP No.15921/2024 (Shri Jagdish Chadnra Teli vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors.).
In view of the above submissions, the present writ petitions are also allowed in terms of the order passed by this Court in Shri Jagdish Chandra Teli's case (supra).
