Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to pursue

this petition but merely seeks liberty to file a representation

before the respondents, which should be decided while keeping

[2025:RJ-JD:13337-DB] (2 of 2) [CW-5736/2025]

into consideration the judgment passed by a Coordinate Bench of

this Court in Mitendra Singh Rathore & Ors. Vs. State of

Rajasthan & Ors. (D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1723 of 2013),

decided on 30.07.2013.

Accordingly, the civil writ petition is disposed of with liberty

to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondents,

which shall be decided while keeping into consideration the

judgment passed in Mitendra Singh Rathore (supra), strictly in

accordance with law. All pending applications also stand disposed

of.
