AWARD OF LOK ADALAT Date: 08.03.2025

The matter is placed before the Lol<Adalat today. The MACT-I Jodhpur by its judgment and award dated 25.04.2019 in MAC Case No. 281/2014 (NCV No.3311/2014) awarded a sum of Rs.3,66,000/- alongwith interest @ 9% per. annum.

With the consent of the pxties, the impugned award dated 25.04.2019 is further enhanced by Rs.5,80,000/- in favour of the claimant(s)/appellant(s) as a full and fmal settlement of the case. The amount so agreed shall be deposited by the respondent Insurance Company with the Tribunal within a period of two months from today failing which, the same shall cany interest @ 7.5% p b annum from the date of this order till actual realization. The enhanced amount of compensation be disbursed in terms of the award in the saving bank account of the claimant(s) without insisting upon FDR. The award impugned dated 25.04.2019 passed by MACT-I Jodhpur, District Jodhpur in Claim Case No.281/2014 (NCV No.33 11/2014) is modified accordingly.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of.

The Reeistw is directed to send back the record forthwith.
