The matter is placed before the L,ok Adalat today. The MACT, Dungarpur by its judgment and award dated 03.04.2019 in MAC Case No. 48112017 awarded a sum of Rs.12,62,900/- alongwith interest @ 8% per almum.

Wit11 the active efforts of Counsel representing the parties and the authorities of the Insurance Company, the controversy involved in this appeal has been settled by mutual compromise in the spirit of Lol; Adalat. We appreciate the efforts of a1.l concerned in settling the matter in pre-counselling. The ineino of understanding shall constitute a part of the award.

With the consent of the parties, the impugned award dated 03.04.2019 is further enhanced by Rs.2,60,0001- in favour of the claimant(s)/appellant(s) as a full and final settlement of the case. The ainount so agreed shall be deposited by the respondent Insurance Company with the Tribunal within .a period of two inontl~sfrom today failing which, the saiqe shall carry interest @ 7.5% per annuin froin the date of this order till actual realization. The enhanced amount of compensation be disbursed in terins of the award in the saving bank account of the claiinant(s). The award impugned dated 03.04.2019 passed by MACT, Dungarl~ur in Claiin Case No. 48112017 is modified accordingly.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of. The Registry is directed to scr~dback the record fortilwitl~.
