1. It is informed by Mr. Bissa, learned counsel for the petitioner

that against the judgment under consideration, the State has filed

a review petition and the same is pending.

2. In view of the aforesaid, notice of contempt are hereby

discharged.

3. The present contempt petition is disposed of.

4. Needless to observe that in case, review petition filed by the

State is dismissed or judgment under consideration is affirmed,

the petitioner shall be free to file afresh contempt petition in

accordance with law.
