1. The petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks the issuance of an

appropriate writ, order, and/or direction commanding the

respondents to invite him for document verification and grant him

an appointment to the post of Lower Division Clerk (LDC), if he

falls within the merit of the SC (Male) category for the Non-TSP

Area, along with all consequential benefits.

2. At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the

petitioner that the issue raised in the present writ petition is

covered by an order passed in Hemraj Vs. State of Rajasthan

& Ors. : S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.15629/2022. He submits

[2025:RJ-JD:12633] (2 of 2) [CW-5396/2025]

that the petitioner is sanguine that, in case he is allowed to file a

representation individually qua the grievance raised in the present

writ petition and the same is considered in light of the aforesaid

judgment, he will be meted out with favorable treatment.

3. In view of the aforesaid, without commenting on the merits

of the case, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with

a direction to the competent authority to decide the

representation (may file fresh, if not already filed) of the

petitioner, in accordance with law, keeping in view the

observations made in the case of Hemraj (supra), as

expeditiously as possible.
