1. Taking guidance from the judgment passed by the Hon'ble

Supreme Court in the case of Union of India through CBI v.

Nirala Yadav (2014) 9 SCC 457, wherein the question of parity

on bail has been elaborately disuccssed, I see no ground to grant

the indulgence of bail to the present petitioner, who has 3 cases of

like nature pending against him.

2. Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed.
