covered by the judgment of even date rendered by this Court in

S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.6057/2025 (Mahesh Chandra

Patel V/s The State of Rajasthan & Ors.).

For the self same reasons, the present writ petitions are

disposed of in terms of the judgment rendered by this Court in the

case of Mahesh Chandra Patel (supra).
