Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present writ petition has been filed with the following

prayers:-

[2025:RJ-JD:28377] (2 of 3) [CW-12173/2025]

"(I) That the present petitioners through this writ petition humbly prays before this Hon'ble Court the direction given to the respondents to continue petitioners as a guest faculty under the Vidya Sambal Yojna. (II) By appropriate writ, order direction the respondent be directed to not to replace the present petitioners with another set of contractual employee in the garb of fresh advertisement for the year 2025.

(III) The present petitioners humbly prays before this Hon'ble Court to kindly allowed this writ petition in the light of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1474/2023 title as Ram Chaturvedi & Others V/s State of Rajasthan & Ors.

of Hon'ble High Court Jaipur Bench and in the light of DB SAW No.50/2025 titled as State of Rajasthan V/s Dr. Deendayal Saini and S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.18889/2024 Dr. Jwala Prasad Kaloshia Vs. State of Rajasthan."

However, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

petitioners will be satisfied if a liberty is granted to them to file an

appropriate representation before the respondent-authorities for

redressal of their grievances and the respondents may be directed

to decide the same in accordance with law while keeping in mind

the judgments rendered by this Court as well as circulars issued

by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case

such representation is filed, the same shall be considered and

decided by keeping in mind the circulars dated 17.11.2021,

26.07.2024, 18.03.2025, 20.03.2025 & 28.04.2025 issued by the

respondents expeditiously.

In view of the submissions made before this Court, the

present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners

to file an appropriate representation before the respondents for

redressal of their grievances and in case such representation is

filed, the respondents are directed to decide the same while

keeping in mind the judgments rendered by this Court as well as

circulars issued by the respondents at the earliest preferably

within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such

representation, strictly in accordance with law.
