1. Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that the
writ petition being S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.278/2025;
Mohit Soni & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. and other
connected matters involving the identical issue has already been
dismissed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court at Jaipur vide
judgment dated 05.05.2025.
2. In view of the above fact, the present writ petition is also
dismissed in light of Mohit Soni's judgment (supra).
3. Stay petition and pending applications, if any, stand
disposed of.
