1. Petitioner herein is seeking directions to the respondents to

regularize her service from the initial date of appointment and

[2025:RJ-JD:4303] (2 of 2) [CW-1361/2025]

accord all the consequential benefits and arrears alongwith

interest of 24% p.a.

2. At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the

petitioner that the issue raised in the present writ petition is

covered by an order dated dated 14.03.2019 passed in Ashok

Kumar Vs. State of Rajashtan & Ors. : S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.15411/2018 and order dated 15.01.2018 passed in Dhanraj

Meena Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.12846/2017. He submits that the petitioner is sanguine that, in

case she is allowed to file a representation qua the grievance

raised in the present writ petition and the same is considered in

light of the aforesaid judgment, she will be meted out with

favorable treatment.

3. In view of the aforesaid, without commenting on the merits

of the case, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with

a direction to the competent authority to decide the

representation (may file fresh, if not already filed) of the

petitioner, in accordance with law, keeping in view the

observations made in the case of Ashok Kumar and Dhanraj

Meena (supra), as expeditiously as possible.
