1. Mr. Pidiyar, learned counsel for the respondents, at the

outset, submitted that the issue involved in the present writ

petition is covered by the judgment dated 09.12.2024 passed by

this Court in a bunch of cases led by Tulsi Ram Musiya Vs. State

of Rajasthan & Ors. : S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.4962/2024.

[2025:RJ-JD:3950] (2 of 2) [CW-18717/2023]

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to

dispute the aforesaid position of facts and law.

3. Following the reasoning given in the case of Tulsi Ram

Musiya (supra), this present writ petition is also dismissed.

4. The stay application also stands dismissed.
