[2025:RJ-JD:3465] (2 of 2) [CW-19844/2024]

ITC & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr.), decided on

09.12.2024.

3. In view of the submissions made before this Court, the

present writ petition is dismissed in light of the judgment rendered

by this Court in the case of Maa Sanja Devi ITC (supra).
